Coach Nayla Al-Saqqaf helped me a great deal to get rid of my money blocks through her wonderful Financial Coaching program, after which I became more aware and alert — not only about money but about other important areas of my life. Coach Nayla is truly an honest, inspiring, loving person, and very comfortable to deal with in every way. May God protect her and reward her with paradise. I recommend the program to anyone who wants to discover their beliefs about money and all the feelings and thoughts surrounding it. The Financial Coaching program is truly effective, works on very deep levels, its results last, and it is a luxury worth living. I love you, the most wonderful coach in the world
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful I had the honour of doing financial abundance sessions with coach Nayla Al-Saqqaf. The techniques and tools coach Nayla used helped me a great deal to improve my financial situation and change my thinking and feelings towards wealth. Among the effects of the session were major contracts with well-established companies in the country, and my income rose sixfold. My gratitude to coach Nayla Al-Saqqaf.
The Financial Coaching program with coach Nayla changed how I see myself and my abilities, and freed me from the chains of false beliefs about money that were a barrier keeping me from progressing in my work and reaching my financial goals. I am now more confident that I deserve it, and by the grace of God I see the results of this confidence and positive feeling take shape every day in my life. Coach Nayla is highly skilled as an EFT practitioner, and she used this skill successfully in the program, so its effect extended to other areas of my life, not just the financial one.
The financial coaching sessions you gave me were decisive in overcoming many of the challenges that stood in the way of my strategic thinking and held back the development of my project. Thanks to these sessions, the project was able to move to a stable financial stage, achieving higher revenues and high growth rates in its first year. I wish you lasting success in your academic and professional journey.

Frequently asked questions

Does EFT have harmful side effects?
EFT has no harmful side effects, but it is worth mentioning symptoms such as physical exhaustion after some deep sessions — as if you had done a tiring workout — headaches, and cold symptoms. And since EFT stirs up energies inside you that may have built up over years or even decades, releasing some memories uncovers deeper layers of memories. But keep in mind that this can also happen through the interactions of everyday life, in conversations with others or clashes with some people. This is how memory works: it places memories in different files, and opening one file can stir the pages of other files.
Does EFT help erase painful memories?
The answer is no! The memory remains. What is erased are the painful emotions attached to the memory — and that is the height of empowerment: the ability to draw lessons from experiences.
Is EFT safe with severe trauma?
It is one of the most powerful and gentle techniques for dealing with severe trauma, if it is applied correctly so as to respect the sensitivity of the depth and harshness of some traumas.
Are the results of release permanent?
If the technique is applied correctly, the answer is yes, the results are permanent — and by this I mean the results of releasing emotions related to a specific situation, not general emotions or a belief. If a certain feeling related to a situation we worked on comes back: * The situation we worked on may contain deeper layers that did not appear at the time of the work and have surfaced later — an opportunity for more release. * There may be resistance in the unconscious to fully releasing the situation, because of a secondary benefit that calls for holding on to these emotions — also an opportunity for more awareness and release. * The person themselves may have avoided mentioning certain details of the situation, believing they were unimportant, and these details played a role in the overall picture of the situation; since they were not addressed, the feeling reappeared.
What is the difference in results between the public videos on YouTube and private sessions?
The difference is very large — there is hardly any comparison. Public videos use general words that can touch most people’s feelings. In private sessions, however, the situations we work on are chosen methodically, intense emotions about certain events must be handled professionally and calmly, and the connections between different events and their effect on the present go deeper.
